Vestina Security Services, Incorporated was established in 2010 and took charge of the shipping vessels, ports, hotels, warehouses and other industrial sites throughout Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
In 2018, VESTINA was acquired by Aegus Management, Inc. and is now part of its manned security solutions.

Ret. Lt. VICENTE D. DELFIN Jr.
OIC - GENERAL MANAGER
A Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication graduate at the Ateneo de Zamboanga University, and BS Criminology at Cagayan de Oro Colleges, and currently taking up Master in Criminal Justice with specialization in Criminology.
Had served 35 years of professional military service (1976-2011) in various capacities and places of assignment as Infantryman, intelligence operative, trainer-instructor and lecturer. His places of assignment include Jolo, Sulu, Zamboanga Peninsula, Basilan and Surigao provinces, Misamis Occidental and Oriental and a three-year foreign assignment in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia as member of the Philippine Diplomatic Corps.
A scout ranger, commando and VIP-security trained, he is also a graduate of various intelligence and leadership courses. He has also completed the Certified Security Professional (CSP), Port Facility Security Officer (PFSO), Certified Security Trainer (CST) and Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) courses.
