Originally known as Alliedguard Security Agency Philippines (ASAP), Mithras came in to fruition in 2005. Later, it became known as SECURITY, PROTECTION, INVESTIGATION, DETECTIVE and EMERGENCY RESPONSE SERVICES (SPIDERS), INC.
The change of the agency’s name in 2013 into Mithras is in compliance to a recent policy promulgated by the Philippine National Police (PNP) regarding the proper naming of security agencies.
With good financial backing and sound business strategy, MITHRAS has been able to continue to expand operations to meet the ever-growing demand for better and more current security services.
Today, MITHRAS has a significant number of guards posted in Regions 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 13 and BARMM. It prides itself in providing security services to clients through the deployment of highly-competent and efficient security practitioners.

JOSE IRVIN JESSE M. SUGANOB
GENERAL MANAGER
A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Commerce, Major in Marketing, he also took up the following courses: Certified Security Professionals (CSP), Certified Security Management Specialist (CSMS), Certified Security Trainer (CST) and Certified Lodging Security Officer (CLSO). Worked previously as a Key Account Specialist for Mindanao for a hardware and lighting products supplier, supervising 73 salespersons in 42 stores for 5 years.
He was recruited as Admin Officer for Mithras in December 02, 2012. His experience and expertise as a sales professional, relationship management officer, personnel supervisor, plus his consistency in his performance were key to his promotion as Operations Manager in 2015, and finally as General Manager in 2019.
He was also involved in the creation of the Sancus Security Agency, Incorporated in 2014 and also served as the Vice President and Firearms Bonded Custodian of Timberwolves Security Agency, Incorporated when it was established in 2017.
