ASTI was formed in 2019 as the newest Business Unit to complete the Integrated Security Solutions Services of Aegus Management Inc. AMI needed a Technology Engineering Company that will provide Electronic Security Systems end-to-end solutions to the ever-growing Udenna Group of Companies as well as other external clients. Before Edwin Malig became General Manager of ASTI, he was then the Electronic Security Consultant of Udenna for the ongoing Udenna Tower building construction. He would later on become the Business Unit Head who would start and be responsible for the growth of the Engineering Technology Business of AMI.

Edwin Malig
General Manager
Edwin Malig, a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering at the Technological Institute of the Philippines, has over 24 Years of experience in the field of Electronic Security Systems and Building Auxiliary Systems Integration. He spent 14 years in a British Multinational Company where he started as a Project Engineer and rose through the ranks, and was promoted five times in a span of 11 years. He became the youngest General Manager and member of its Executive Committee.
He expanded the business to Visayas and Mindanao before joining a German Multinational Engineering Firm where he became the Country Manager handling Business Unit Heads for Surveillance, Access Control and Intrusion Detection, Fire Alarm, Public Address and Pro Sound Systems. HIs vast experience in the design, implementation, project management, as well as maintenance of Electronic Security Systems and running a Systems Integration Company with over 200 employees contributed to the strength of his team which resulted in successful projects that assured full customer satisfaction and repeat business.
