1AMI offers recruitment and placement solutions to companies that are into manufacturing, production, construction or other industries that need to outsource their workers.
Established in September 2020 to cater to the growing need of caretaker deployment for the cell sites of DITO Telecommunity. 1AMI managed around 700 caretakers from September to April 2021 from all over Luzon.
In May 2021, 1AMI started to deploy personnel to additional clients including office-based deployments in Phoenix UTower Office and site-based personnel for Phoenix Field Offices. Future deployments include receptionists, food manufacturing employees and construction supplies personnel.

Mr. Michael John P. Tarronas is a graduate of Bachelor in Library and Information Science at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines – Sta. Mesa. He is a Registered Librarian and has 7 years of experience working as a Librarian and Data Manager. He started his career with AMI in December 2020 as a Research Specialist, and was recently assigned to take on the role as OIC-GM in 1AMI last June 2021.
